3 Wearable Halloween Party Outfits

So ASOS had a bomb Halloween collection this year that inspired me to piece together some wearable Halloween outfits. It may be a little too late to get these on time for Halloween but I loved the photos that came out from my lookbook and thought I’d share them anyway, maybe this will inspire someone next Halloween? I don’t doubt this stock will circle back into ASOS next year.  Or hell maybe you like to dress like this all year, I’m not one to judge!

My first outfit is this extravagant maxi dress, I think it’s currently for £45 down from £64 so this is definitely more of an investment for those who take Halloween seriously. The dress comes with a nice quality slip and definitely feels like a well made item (but I’d expect it to for that price!) I can’t lie, I feel like a complete badass in this dress. The rose cat ears are also gorgeous and actually have me excited to get them out again next year, I think there’s an elegance to the rose detail that’s almost victorian and I think it ties in nicely with the dress. I then finished the look off with some t-bar heels that were a vintage store find, you can’t see them in the photos but I’ll pop my Lookbook video at the bottom of the post if you want to see everything in full.

My second outfit is perfect for a night out, I actually have already wore this for a Halloween themed night out in Leeds and it’s just the right amount of dressy whilst also being comfortable and warm enough for how cold it is in the UK right now. I’m 5’8 and the skull dress hugs me in all the right places, it’s also not too short and a lot of dresses when you are tall can turn into t-shirts so that’s another bonus for me. The rose garland headband is gorgeous and reminds me of Zombie Dodie circa 2016.  I finished this outfit with a pair of black tights, if you’re more confident then feel free to whap your legs out. I also threw on a pair of plain black chelsea boots.

For my final outfit I went with something more wearable. This would be perfect as an everyday outfit to get into the Halloween spirit or wear to a more casual dress party or Halloween event. The pinstripe trousers make me feel like a stylish Beatlejuice. The lace ears were actually from Newlook, I originally saw them in ASOS for £10 but then found the exact same ones in Newlook for £3.99 so I’m quite happy with that bargain. I paired the casual tee with a leather jacket to give it some edge and popped on my fave plain black chelsea boots again just to dress it up a little.

So those are my three go to wearable Halloween outfits. If you’d like to see a bonus fourth outfit I did a Halloween lookbook video which I’ll pop above if you care to watch. I’d love to know your favourite outfit and if you’re more of a generic Halloween themed outfit or costume kinda person. Let me know below!
